Membership Subscriptions. Annual subscriptions will be collected in the New Year and it is hoped to enable these to be paid via BACS transfer. The subscription costs will remain at £25. All new and existing members will be asked to complete a membership form to ensure we have your up-to-date details. More info will be sent out soon.
Following some damp issues the radio shack has been cleared of equipment and is now under renovation. If you can offer some spare time to assist with decoration and repair please contact Gordon firstname.lastname@example.org, any help will be much appreciated.
We hope to have the shack as a nice place to operate and learn. Once completed it is intended that the shack will be open for weekend operating, contests and more.
Plans for 2022.
A good discussion was has at the AGM on ideas and plans for 2022. The club hopes to do more next year with COVID restrictions now eased (for now at least). Plans include a number of field days at special locations, a rally, contesting and build nights. If there is something that you feel we should be doing then please speak to the committee.
Loch Lomond Sunday Night Net.
The net run by Paul MM3DDQ is back after its summer hiatus running every Sunday at 8pm. The net is open to all radio amateurs, not just members, and can be accessed via the new link frequency of 145.3375 MHz FM (CTCSS 103.5) in the Vale of Leven and Clyde area.
